#qved 2014 – Editorial Design Conference Munich

At #qved 2014, designers, journalists and publishers will talk about their latest work; they will allow insights into their successful and failed projects alike and will show examples of stories that inspire them. At the crossroads of cross-media design, they will bring together what makes their everyday life: image and script, apps and print, desire and passion.

With stories told by Johannes Erler (Stern), Stefan Kiefer (Spiegel), Mike Meiré (Meiré & Meiré), Raban Ruddigkeit (Freistil – Best Of German Commercial Illustration), Patrick Waterhouse (Colors), Pekka Toivonen (Kasino A4/FAT), James Cartwright (It's nice that), David Moretti (Wired Italia) and Wilhelm Vossenkuhl speaking with Rolf Müller.

And on Saturday night, come see the late night edition of the legendary battle of the designers: presented by Johannes Erler who will oversee the verbal exchange between Mirko Borsche, Lars Harmsen and Mario Lombardo.

Curated and presented by Boris Kochan, Mike Koedinger, Jeremy Leslie and Horst Moser. Special thanks for the valuable assistance to Florencia Serrot Geminelli, Michael Gollong and Martina Kopp.
Throughout the entire conference, German-English and English-German interpreting services will be available.

Organised by Typographische Gesellschaft München. Sponsored by bayern design and the Bavarian Ministry for Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology.
